This policy explains what information codeseb.gg (the "site", the SebKnowsBest rewards hub) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy. The site is for entertainment and is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
What we collect
- Account details you provide when you sign in, such as your Discord username and ID or an email address.
- Casino username you link so your wagering under code SEB can be matched to the leaderboard, raffles, and points.
- Wager and activity data imported from the casino affiliate reports (totals wagered, deposits, game breakdown). We do not receive your casino password or payment details.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and device or browser information, used to keep the site running.
- A one-way hash of your IP address and browser string, written when you sign in. We store the hash, not the address: it is your address combined with a secret key and put through SHA-256, which cannot be turned back into the address. Two sign-ins from the same connection produce the same hash, which is how duplicate accounts are spotted. We keep the twelve most recent per account.
How we use it
- To build the monthly race leaderboard, award raffle tickets, and track reward points.
- To run and fulfil giveaways, raffles, and rewards.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To spot one person running several accounts, which the rules for the leaderboard and raffles do not allow. Matching hashes are shown to the site owner for review. Nothing is ever blocked or disqualified automatically, because people in the same house or on the same mobile network share a connection.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
Third parties
We work with third parties to run the hub, including the casinos we partner with (Duel and CS2Skin, via affiliate code SEB), our points and announcement provider (SlotBond), and the platforms Seb streams on (such as Kick). Your data may be shared with these services only as needed to run the features above. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to run leaderboards, raffles, and rewards. You can ask us to remove your account and associated data.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also unlink your casino account or stop using the site at any time.
